Kaushiki Chakraborty Padwa

Begin the festive morning with the timeless beauty of Indian classical music at Kaushiki Chakraborty Padwa Pahat, a special musical celebration bringing the celebrated vocalist Kaushiki Chakraborty to Pune.

Scheduled for 10 November 2026 at 6:30 AM at Pandit Farms, Pune, the concert offers audiences an opportunity to welcome the festive day through the expressive power of Hindustani classical music. Current event listings describe the experience around morning ragas, traditional melodies and the auspicious atmosphere of Padwa.

Padwa Pahat has a distinctive place in Pune's cultural celebrations, with early-morning classical concerts becoming a cherished way to begin Diwali and Padwa. Earlier Padwa Pahat programming in Pune has similarly centred around morning ragas and devotional or traditional music, reflecting the strong connection between classical music and the festive season.

At the heart of this year's experience is Kaushiki Chakraborty, one of the acclaimed voices of Hindustani classical music. Her performance brings together musical depth, expressive vocals and the intricate beauty of Indian classical tradition, creating an atmosphere suited to attentive listening and cultural celebration.

The early-morning setting adds another dimension to the experience. Instead of beginning Padwa with the usual rush of festive activities, audiences can start the day with soulful melodies, traditional music and a peaceful shared experience with fellow music lovers.

Whether you are a dedicated admirer of Hindustani classical music, a follower of Kaushiki Chakraborty's work or simply looking for a meaningful way to welcome the festive morning, Kaushiki Chakraborty Padwa Pahat offers an opportunity to celebrate music and tradition together.

Come early, embrace the festive atmosphere and experience a memorable morning of classical music, culture and celebration with Kaushiki Chakraborty in Pune.
