CINEPROV - An Unscripted Cinema Improv

CINEPROV – An Unscripted Cinema Improv Show brings the excitement of cinema, comedy and improvisation together in a completely unpredictable live performance. Created by Improv Commune Hyderabad, the show challenges performers to create an entire cinematic story right in front of the audience—with absolutely nothing prepared in advance.

There is no script, no rehearsed storyline and no fixed dialogue. Instead, ten trained improv performers step onto the stage and build the story from scratch, using audience suggestions as the starting point. From that initial idea, characters, scenes, twists and unexpected moments develop spontaneously as the performers work together in real time.

What makes CINEPROV special is that the audience is not simply watching a completed performance. Your suggestion can help shape where the story begins, while the performers take it forward through creativity, collaboration and quick thinking. Every show can unfold differently, making the experience fresh, unpredictable and full of surprises.

The show combines the energy of short-form improvisation with the storytelling depth of long-form improv, creating an experience that feels like watching a movie being written and performed live in front of you.

Whether you enjoy comedy, theatre, cinema or simply want to experience something completely different, CINEPROV offers an entertaining evening where nobody—including the performers—knows exactly what will happen next.

The current listing schedules CINEPROV for 24 October 2026 at 7:00 PM in Hyderabad, with a runtime of approximately two hours and performances in English, Hindi and Telugu.
