Baithak Live by Akanksha Grover

Step into an evening where soulful music, poetry, and nostalgia come together. Baithak Live by Akanksha Grover brings the charm of a traditional mehfil to a contemporary live concert setting.

The Kolkata edition is scheduled for 20 November 2026 at Kala Mandir Auditorium. The event features an intimate musical experience built around ghazals and timeless old Bollywood melodies.

Akanksha Grover's Baithak Live concept focuses on bringing listeners closer to the music. Rather than relying on a large-scale concert format, the experience puts attention on lyrics, melody, vocals, and the emotional connection between the performer and audience.

Expect soulful ghazals, evergreen Hindi songs, poetic expressions, and melodies that bring back memories of classic musical eras. The carefully chosen repertoire creates a relaxed atmosphere where audiences can sit back, listen, and enjoy each song.

A traditional baithak is known for bringing musicians and listeners together in a close setting. This modern interpretation keeps that spirit alive while presenting it for today's audiences.

Whether you already love ghazals and semi-classical music or simply enjoy old Hindi melodies, Baithak Live offers a chance to experience these songs in a more personal and immersive way.

Bring your loved ones, settle into the mood, and let the music take you through an evening of poetry, melody, nostalgia, and emotion.
